Please be aware that there are following changes to be made by Companies House

From 4 March 2024

• Email Address has to be provided
• ID Verification will be required for existing and new Directors/Shareholders
• Data will be shared with other government agencies
• Registered Office Addresses (Cannot longer be a PO Box address so advised to changed before)

Also from 1 May 2024 fees are increasing for all services, please see the link below
